Connie Burgess Joins Steele to Lead Customer Success

Indianapolis, Indiana

Steele announces and welcomes the team addition of Connie Burgess as Vice President, Customer Success. Burgess is responsible for the Steele customer experience, training and resource management, intra-department integration, and Affordable Care Act reporting.  She will fill the role left available by the internal transfer of Michael Blink, who is now the Regional Sales Director for Steele’s Indiana and Michigan territories.

Prior to joining the Steele team, Burgess was Director of Product Marketing and Case Management at AmeriLife Benefits in Overland Park, Kansas; she also served as Manager of Worksite Case Management at Washington National in Carmel, Indiana.
