Benefit Enroller

Steele Benefit Services is looking for multiple Benefit Enrollers to support our corporate clients.

When our clients desire open enrollments and benefits administration, they look to Steele to help. The most important duty of our Benefit Enrollers is to execute enrollment processes that result in educated employees.

Steele Benefit Enrollers:

  • Work on a per project basis
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with already established employer client contacts
  • Are an authority in health insurance and other benefit plans
  • Enroll employees and answer questions related to medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, life insurance, disability insurance, and more
  • Demonstrate ability to sell employee paid insurance plans to employees
  • Travel as agreed
  • Follow Steele protocols by being timely, protecting private information, dressing professionally, presenting material as instructed, etc.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree or at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Current Life and Health Insurance license strongly preferred
  • Driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal transportation
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
