Client Services Representative

Steele Benefit Services is looking for a Client Services Representative to support our corporate clients from our office in Indianapolis.

About Us:

Steele is an organization with purpose. We are privately owned, and exist to help our clients and employees be prosperous. We are fast growing with 14 employees over 50 contract enrollers. A few short years ago, we had 5 employees, and we are still growing. We install employee benefit administration technology for corporations, and also consult on the employee benefits that corporations offer.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 years of professional experience
  • 3.0+ Grade Point Average if less than 5 years work experience

The Job:

The duties of this position include:

  • Continuous learning about employee benefits
  • Executing the Steele service cycle (Information Gathering, Planning, Execution, Reporting) to help companies enroll and administer their benefit packages with maximum effectiveness
  • Enrolling employees in benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc)
  • Ability to position voluntary benefits (life insurance, disability insurance, etc.) appropriately with employees
  • Be a contributing member of a highly functioning team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $19.00 /hour
