STEELE BENEFIT SERVICES is a family owned business located in Indiana, founded by Mike Steele, CEO, in 2000. Wes Steele, President, joined in 2005. We take pride in our Midwest values and understand the importance of relationships, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Our mission is to provide a world-class benefit enrollment experience, simplifying the process by embracing technology, and serving as an extension of the employers’ HR department. The core values of Steele are to take care of our customers, and to always do the right thing.
